Protection One, the third largest
alarm services company in
the nation, where he grew the
company from $20 million in
revenues to $600 million with an
enterprise value in excess of $2
billion. Protection One was an
Apax investment led by Chefitz
that generated a 7x return. After
the successful sale of Protection
One, Mack founded USBX.

Joe Falkenstein co-founded
NJTC Venture Fund, a fully
-invested, top performing 2001
vintage venture fund. Prior to
NJTC, Joe was a partner at
Andersen LLC where his
practice focused exclusively on
private equity, private equity
backed companies, and
transaction advisory services
during a 14 year tenure.
