Our Investment Strategy

Egis will capitalize on the financial and operating experience of its partners to construct
a portfolio of management buyouts and later stage private equity investments in the security
industry. Egis’ focus on security is enhanced through deep industry relationships with leading
managers and deal sources. The principals have active involvement with hundreds of security
companies to understand their strategic direction and acquisition interest. This activity
provides current input as to the direction of the industry and where value is being created
currently and in the future. The Egis network of industry leaders, intermediaries and
private equity funds all contribute to its unique proposition of being the premiere investor
in the security sector.
Egis will act as both lead investor and value added co-investor to larger funds that want to partner with us in order to capitalize on our strategic advantage. Egis will invest $3-$10 million per transaction. Our investment strategy is to combine comprehensive due diligence, operational support and strategic direction with a goal of maximizing value in each company. |
